2. User Accounts

• Maintain accurate product listings and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Adhere to our Merchant Guidelines and Policies

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
• Selling prohibited items including weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise our platform security
• Using automated systems to access our platform without permission
• Collecting user data without authorization
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback systems
• Circumventing fees or payment obligations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

SAVLY GO Property

The SAVLY GO platform, including its design, features, functionality, content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by SAVLY GO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Create derivative works based on our platform

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to SAVLY GO. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operations and marketing purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Payments and Fees

Subscription Plans

SAVLY GO offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as specified in your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle
• Provide valid payment information
• Price changes with reasonable notice

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees may apply to sales made through the platform. Fee structures are outlined in your subscription agreement and may vary by payment method and plan type.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVLY GO and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or platform downtime
• Third-party actions, products, or services
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Disputes between merchants and customers

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of SAVLY GO shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SAVLY GO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with your devices or software
• The security of data transmission
• Fitness for a particular purpose

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAVLY GO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations.

Termination by SAVLY GO

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law
• Your subscription payments fail repeatedly

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use SAVLY GO ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SAVLY GO shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration under the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre
• The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, as a last resort

11. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SAVLY GO regarding your use of the platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
